圣天湖位于秦、晋、豫三省交界处的山西省芮城县陌南镇，东临黄河，北倚中条，面积7.6平方公里，其中水域面积4平方公里。
     圣天湖自古风光旖旎，人杰地灵，是上天眷赐给黄土高原上的一颗翡翠。这里距人类180万年前圣火燃起的地方--西侯度不足百里；《诗经》中的《魏风》、《伐檀》就诞生于此；这里古称浢津渡，史载曾有三位圣上据此渡河；古中国的潞盐、白檀也从这里南输；大禹在此驻足治水；老子在这里留宿沉思；虞芮让畔、诡渡浢津的故事也发生在这里；八仙之一的吕洞宾在这里修行布道；抗日战争时期，800壮士在这里挽手跳入黄河，铸就了一座民族不屈的中华丰碑。
     2012年，集团公司开始投资建设圣天湖，一期投资2亿元人民币，历经四年的精心打造下，已是古渡换新颜，初步形成了一个集生态观光、运动休闲、康养度假、研学旅行的旅游胜地。
     圣天湖相对高差200余米，光照充足，雨量适宜，地貌多样，空气清新，物种丰富。这里栖息着238种鸟类，147种湿地植物和52种鱼类资源，堪称我国北方少有的野生动植物基因库。
     圣天湖可谓仙乡圣水，四季有景。春季到来，从圣湖岸边到黄土高崖,百花盛开。牡丹雍容，月季妖娆，梅花吐香,数百种白的、粉的、红的、紫的、黄的,野生的、栽培的，有名的和叫不上名字的各种花卉争奇斗艳，此起披伏......，更有数万只来自南国的沙燕呢喃翱翔，奏响了一曲北国之春的交响。
     夏天到来，绿长红飞，千亩野生丹荷随风摇曳，熠熠生辉，一湖江月半湖荷，白鹭嬉戏，鸳鸯欢歌，堪比江南，不输西子。精心建设的百种荷花大观园更是把夏季的色彩描绘得更加丰满，若驾舟穿行于荷花丛中，那份惬意妙不可言。
     秋风送爽，菊蕊飞香。黄河岸边的芦花飞雪与台地上起伏连绵的丹枫红叶，在圣湖碧水的映衬和牵连下，更是美不胜收，胜似一副绝美的油画。
     冬季到来，数千只白天鹅像仙女下凡，亭亭玉立。它们时而引颈高歌，时而嬉戏缠绵，时而展翅飞翔。像白雪，似白云，更像是白色的移动着的精灵。
     这里的激情游乐很有特色。如滑雪、滑水、滑沙、滑草，高空索道、水上飞机、湖中游艇、沙地摩托、休闲垂钓、竞技垂钓、汽车露营地等应有尽有。还有规模较大的游乐城，里边设有多种游乐项目，男女老少，特别是青年和少年，在这里都可以找到自己心仪的活动娱乐项目。
     圣天湖中的“圣湖鱼缘”水上美食舫烹制的黄河大鲤鱼、黄河大马虾闻名遐迩，“仙乡美食城”更是汇集了几十种晋南名吃，饱您口福。
     古色古香的游客服务中心为您提供设施齐全，干净整洁的住宿环境。夜晚，可以参加景区组织的文化娱乐活动，游览圣天湖夜景，听取蛙声吟咏。
     在圣天湖景区西北高台上，恢复了吕祖宫。沿着当年吕祖的足迹拾阶而上，九曲黄河尽收眼底，魏巍壮观，奔流不息的黄色大河与恬静的蔚蓝色的圣天湖在这里奇妙地组成了一副活的流动着的太极图，乾坤玄境浑然天成。吕祖宫内，紫气东来，香烟缭绕，祈求国泰民安，风调雨顺，传承道教文化，传播国学经典，为您祈福迎祥。
    Shengtian Lake is located in Monan Town, Ruicheng County, Shanxi Province, which is the junction of Shaanxi Province, Shanxi Province and Henan Province. It is close to the Yellow River in the east and leans on Zhongtiao Mountain in the north. It has the area of 7.6 sq.km, including 4 sq.km of water area.
    Shengtian Lake has had an exquisite scenery and outstanding men since ancient times. It is a jadeite on the Loess Plateau given by the God. It is distant for less than 100 li from Xihoudu, where was the first place to burn the first sacred flame 1.8 million years ago. Wei Feng and Fa Tan in the Book of Songs were born here. This was called as Doujindu in ancient times. The historical records showed that three emperors who crossed a river from it. Luyan and sandal in ancient China were also imported from the south. Da Yu once stopped here and prevented floods by water control. Lao Zi once slept here and ruminated. The Stories Yu Rui Left the Bank and Gui Crossed Doujin also took place here. Lv Dongbin, who was one of the eight immortals, also cultivated oneself and preached here. During the period of anti-Japanese War, 800 warriors jumped into the Yellow River by holding hands, thus a Chinese monument with unyielding nation was created for this reason.
    In 2012,Shanxi Tianwangtai Group started to invest and establish Shengtian Lake. 200 million RMB was invested in the first phase. Under the elaborate construction of four years, the ancient river has the new appearance and forms the tourist attraction that integrates with ecological tourism, leisure holidays, mind cultivation and health maintenance preliminarily.
    The relative height difference of Shengtian Lake is over 200m. There is sufficient illumination, suitable rainfalls, diversified landforms, fresh air, and abundant species. There are 238 kinds of birds, 147 wetland plants and 52 kinds of fish resources. It can be said to be a gene pool of rare wild animals and plants in northern China.
    Shengtian Lake has holy water in fairyland and sceneries in four seasons. When spring comes, hundreds of flowers are in full bloom from the bank side of Shengtian Lake to the cliff of Loess Plateau, including elegant peony, enchanting rose, fragrant wintersweet. Hundreds of white, pink, red, violet, yellow, wild, cultivated, famous and unknown flowers compete with each other for beauty of looks after another… Moreover, several tens of thousands of swallows from the south are twittering and soaring. They play the symphony of spring in Northern China.
    When summer arrives, there are leaves and lotuses. Wild lotuses in several thousands of mu sway with wind and are sparkling. These lotuses almost occupy half of the river. Egrets play and mandarin ducks sing merry songs. It can be compared with Jiangnan and even won’t be inferior to Xizi. The elaborately constructed showplace with hundreds of lotuses even describes abundant colors in summer. If we row a boat among lotuses, it is too wonderful for words to describe coziness.
    Autumn breezes cool us. Stamen of chrysanthemum brings fragrance. The reed catkins on the bank side of the Yellow River as far as the eye can reach stretch with continuous red autumnal leaves on the ground. Under the set-off and implication of blue water in Shengtian Lake, there are too many beautiful things and it is just like an excellent oil painting.
    When winter comes, several thousands of white swans are like fairies descending to the world, being holy, pure, noble and graceful. Sometimes, they sing loudly, but sometimes they play with lingering or spread their wings to fly, just like white snow, white cloud or even moving spirits, thus delicacy of Shengtian Lake is perfect.
    Passionate recreation has its own characteristics, such as skiing, water skiing, sand skiing, grass skiing, ropeway in high altitude, seaplane, lake yacht, sand motor cycle, leisured fishing, athletic fishing, and vehicle campsite, etc. It has everything that one expects to find.
